Hi, I’m Luke.
Triple Peak represents my family of three: me, my wife, and our daughter. My wife has been my biggest supporter from the beginning, and our daughter helped start our pet waste service. What began with our family is growing into something we’re building for the future.
I’m Luke Warden, the owner and the person currently completing every service visit.
After nearly 15 years in the Army, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan and three years as a Drill Sergeant, I’m working toward medical retirement here at JBER. Triple Peak is my next chapter: a business built on work I can take pride in, serving a community my family calls home.
Based at JBER, we serve homes throughout Anchorage and Eagle River. I understand the pressure of an upcoming PCS inspection, a demanding work schedule, or managing a household on your own. Sometimes the yard gets away from you. Sometimes you simply need one less thing on your list.
You receive a message the morning of your visit and before-and-after photos when the work is finished. You don’t need to be home. Prices are clear, and I stand behind what we agree to. If the agreed work takes longer than I expected, I own that estimate. Any additional work is discussed with you first.
I bring dedication, attention to detail, and personal pride to every job. From a carefully finished lawn edge to a thoroughly cleared walkway, the details matter. I want you to see the care that went into the work, not just that someone showed up.
