Automatic service, once the season begins
No call or text needed after each storm. The standard trigger is 2 inches of snowfall. The priority upgrade lowers it to 1 inch for the additional monthly fee listed above.
The season runs November 1 through March 31. Pay monthly in advance on the first of each month, or pay for all five months upfront. The fixed season price reserves service throughout that period, including months without qualifying snowfall. October and April visits require a separate request and confirmation, and are billed at the one-time rate plus applicable surcharges.
Pay for the full season
Your season total is five times your selected monthly rate, including monthly upgrades. For example, driveway and sidewalk coverage with the 1-inch trigger is $195 + $40 = $235 per month, or $1,175 for November through March. Payment is due before November 1. Extreme-storm charges and additional services are separate.
Timing and storm events
Overnight snowfall is cleared by 10:00 AM the following morning; daytime snowfall is cleared within 12 hours of snowfall ending, subject to quiet hours, safe operating conditions and the service agreement.
One clearing is provided per storm event. The agreement describes a continuous 24-hour period and treats a multi-day storm as one event, cleared at its conclusion.
Storms over 12 inches: monthly clients are charged one additional one-time visit at the rates above. The one-time pricing schedule includes a $15 deep-snow surcharge for 8 inches or more.
A path for the paws
Pet Path Clearing creates a route through the backyard so your dogs can move around and do their business. It also helps keep waste in a predictable area instead of buried across the whole yard.
Where monthly plans are available
Monthly plans prioritize JBER, where nearby homes make a dependable route possible. Anchorage and Eagle River customers are welcome for one-time visits. Off-base monthly service must be discussed before any commitment.
Service hours are 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Ice removal has a $42.50 minimum and is billed in 15-minute increments after the first 30 minutes. Snow removal does not eliminate ice or slip hazards.
