We use the details you submit, including your name, service address, phone number, email, notes and photos, to assess your request, contact you and arrange service. Sending a request is not an appointment confirmation.
Photos and requests
Request photos are accessible to the business owner and are not automatically published in the website gallery. Avoid uploading personal documents or photos containing unrelated sensitive information.
When business notifications are enabled, contact and service details are processed by our messaging provider to alert Luke. If you choose to text your request, your phone sends those details through your mobile carrier. Neither option subscribes you to marketing.
Website activity
The website records aggregate page-view counts. It does not use advertising cookies. Hashed, time-limited request identifiers help limit spam. Hosting providers process network information necessary to operate the site.
Other services
Links to Facebook, Google Maps, Venmo and, when enabled, Jobber open services with their own privacy practices. A service request does not subscribe you to marketing.
